On the morning of December 25, the unveiling ceremony of the Thai branch of Liaoning Petrochemical College -Sino Thai Petrochemical International College was held simultaneously in Liaoning Petrochemical  College of China and Madaput Technical College of Rayong Prefecture, Thailand, in a unique combination of online and offline. 

        So far, the Thai branch of Liaoning Petrochemical College, the first overseas branch of Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province, and the Sino Thai Petrochemical International College have been officially established, opening the Sino Thai dual degree cooperative school running mode (CCTE mode) characterized by the combination of language, culture, skills and employment, and providing talent training services for major engineering projects in the Sino Thai Petrochemical industry. It is the first step in the education of professional qualifications in Liaoning higher vocational colleges. It has milepost significance in the history of the school running, and is also an important symbol of the college's active participation in promoting the One Belt, One Road initiative.

       “One Belt, One Road” initiative has been actively carried out by universities in recent years. The training staff of the enterprises along the route are trained, and overseas training bases are set up. The standard of China is exported, and the Chinese events are well spoken. The cultural exchanges between Thailand and China are actively promoted to build the community of human destiny.
